Wedding posts from me are long overdue. So this one is for all my friends and clients who hound me to keep the posts coming 🙂
When I first met Kandice, I was immediately struck by her demure beauty. I later learnt that it isn’t her beauty that strikes you as much as her genuine kindness that exudes through every pore in her body. Seeing Sholen and Kandice together, you get a strong sense that this special union is a journey mapped out by providence.
My fabulous assistant Shreenu (whom I miss dearly this year due to her commitment to her Honours degree) and I felt that we had experienced something truly special by being a part of this wedding. Even though it was a 14 hour day and the exhaustion hit us on our way home, we couldn’t stop chatting about how perfect a day it was from the warmth of the extended family, the beautiful couple, the hilariously talented make-up artist Neil whom is guaranteed to give you his honest opinion every time, the cool videographer couple Ryan and Maria, the music, the dancing, the food…. I could go on!
